Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid  is a combination medicine that is used to treat psoriasis. It removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also minimizes symptoms of inflammation such as skin redness, swelling, and itching. It may cause side effects like dry skin, irritation, itching, and redness.

Medicinal Benefits of Dersol BH Ointment

Benzoic Acid + Hydrocortisone + Salicylic Acid is a combination of three medicines: Benzoic Acid , Hydrocortisone and Salicylic Acid. Benzoic Acid is an antiseptic. Hydrocortisone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Salicylic Acid is a keratolytic medicine which breaks down keratin clumps, removes dead skin cells and softens the skin. It also enhances the absorption of Hydrocortisone into the skin.
